self-directed, and free from emotional dependence on others. Also, as leaders,
we need to know how our co-workers see us and adjust our behavior accordingly.
Self-esteem is about
accepting and respecting yourself, your strengths, and your weaknesses. To
develop self-esteem, you need to understand yourself deeply. An emotional intelligence coach is always in the spotlight and often has to show strength
in areas where we feel weak. It's okay to feel soft but show strength. The key
is to understand and respect your strengths and weaknesses.
Self-actualization
Some people are very
self-actualizing. They are on the ninth cloud of self-realization and are far
from reality. Fully self-actualized people, apparently between clouds 4 and 5, can
set personal goals and achieve them in a way that meets their potential in
life. So, as an emotional intelligence coaching leader, check your cloud
